Asset Management - sustainable asset management
The DAUTRUS Capital Group's Asset Management division focuses on the management and optimisation of our portfolio properties. We pursue a holistic approach that focuses on long-term value appreciation and sustainable returns for our investors. Our asset management team works to maximise the economic performance of our property portfolios by developing and implementing strategies for value enhancement, cost optimisation and tenant satisfaction.
In addition to managing existing properties, we also develop and implement exit strategies for our investors to determine the best possible time to sell and maximise returns.
Project development - innovative property projects
Our subsidiary, PATRONA Real Estate GmbH, is in charge of project development. We focus in particular on EOF-subsidised housing construction (income-oriented subsidy) in order to actively support the social housing market. We not only develop and finance these projects, but also subsequently incorporate them into our own property portfolio.
The close cooperation between our project development teams and investors enables us to realise customised solutions for complex construction projects. Our aim is to create sustainable and innovative residential and commercial properties that meet both the requirements of the market and the needs of society.
